David H. Bone

David Bone graduated from Althoff Catholic High School in 1979, received a BS Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois in 1983 and his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law in 1986.

While attending law school, David interned with the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for two years and with the St. Clair County Public Defender’s Office for one year. He was admitted and licensed to practice law in Illinois in 1987.

David’s professional affiliations include the St. Clair County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.

He is a general practice attorney concentrating in personal injury, workers’ compensation, railroad cases and business law.

David is an Assistant State’s Attorney for St. Clair County handling civil matters on behalf of the County. In the past, he has represented several municipalities, including Caseyville, Fairview Heights, Belleville and Waterloo, Illinois.
